Service Agreement

By booking our photography services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include photography sessions, image editing, and delivery of final photographs as specified in your service agreement.

Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Full payment is due before or on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 30 days may forfeit the deposit.

Weather and Rescheduling

For outdoor sessions, we will work with you to reschedule in case of severe weather conditions. Indoor sessions proceed regardless of weather.

Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of your session via online gallery. Raw, unedited images are not provided.

Copyright and Usage

We retain copyright to all images but grant you personal usage rights. Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for missed shots due to circumstances beyond our control.
